A Choose Again Circle is a powerful group experience designed to help you gently identify and release the upsets and beliefs that keep you from living in your natural state of peace, joy, and emotional freedom.

Using the transformative Six Steps to Freedom process, experienced facilitators guide participants to the root cause of limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, and habitual reactions—so real change can occur at the source, not just on the surface.

This work is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering who you are beneath old stories, defenses, and conditioned responses.

In a Choose Again Circle, you may experience:
